Refund and Cancellation Policy

For the initial consultation, if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and wish for a refund, please email gutbrainhealthdoc@gmail.com, otherwise, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment.

If, for reasons outside of their control, any appointment needs to be cancelled by the Gut Brain Health Doc Team, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment, or you can request a refund by emailing gutbrainhealthdoc@gmail.com

For the packages, if you cancel within 14 days without using any of the package, you will be offered a full refund. No refunds will be offered if you have used any of the package or if you cancel after 14 days.

For the MCAS monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, and your subscription will cease at the end of that payment month. To cancel, please email gutbrainhealthdoc.com
